网站插入“左侧隐藏型浮动客服

网站插入“左侧隐藏型浮动客服”，大家可以按照以下方法试用

我昨天做了一个自己的左侧隐藏型QQ和旺旺浮动客服，做完之后很满意，请看网站[url=http://www.dingque.com/]www.dingque.com[/url]  ，（在线咨询的客服很好，会移动）
       但是问题来了——这个QQ和旺旺浮动客服为什么不会浮动呢，我鼠标下拉，他依然在原来的地方，
今天来整理，想试试看这个QQ和旺旺浮动客服在别的网站上面，是否能够很好的移动，结果能够很好的移动——请看[url=http://www.sygtx.com/]www.sygtx.com[/url]，说明代码是没有问题的。
       之后，我把下面的代码分别插在了page-footer和page-header处试了下，效果都一样，都不能动，为什么在别的网站都能很好的动。
       再想是不是“在线咨询客服”和它有冲突呢，然后将“在线咨询客服”卸掉，结果还是一样不浮动。
      问各位大侠，是不是这个QQ和旺旺浮动客服不应该插在page-footer和page-header处？插在哪里才能让它在ecshop的网店里面能够上下飘浮呢？望各位多多指点啊？

申请一个什么，我觉得这个隐藏浮动QQ客服应该语言上没什么问题，是不是和ecshop中page-footer里面的语言冲突了？
